Identity verification is conducted to: prevent fraud and financial crime; comply with regulations; protect customers and merchants; reduce platform abuse; ensure transparency in financial transactions. Verification may be required before access to payment processing or payouts.
2. When Verification Is Required
We may require verification when: creating a merchant account; enabling payment processing; enabling payouts; exceeding transaction thresholds; suspicious account activity; regulatory compliance checks. We reserve the right to request verification at any time.
3. Information We May Collect
Identity information: full legal name, date of birth, nationality. Documents: government-issued ID, proof of address, business registration, beneficial ownership. We may request selfie or biometric verification for document authenticity.
