This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") defines the rules and restrictions governing the use of services provided by NDEIGHT. All merchants using our services must comply at all times. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or reporting to authorities.
1. Purpose
To ensure our payment infrastructure is not used for illegal, fraudulent, or high-risk activities. Merchants are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
2. General Compliance
Merchants must: comply with laws; operate legitimate businesses; provide accurate product descriptions; avoid deceptive practices; comply with consumer protection and payment network rules.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Fraud or financial scams
- Identity theft
- Money laundering
- Terrorist financing
- Tax evasion
- Deceptive marketing
- Phishing or impersonation
- Selling stolen goods
- Unauthorized financial services
- Pyramid schemes
4. Prohibited Products and Services
4.1 Illegal Goods
Illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, illegal weapons.
4.2 Financial Schemes
Unlicensed investment services, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, fraudulent crowdfunding.
4.3 Fraudulent Products
Fake products, counterfeit goods, impersonation services, fake documents.
4.4 Harmful Digital Content
Malware, hacking tools for illegal use, pirated software.
4.5 Sanctions
Activities violating international sanctions. We may restrict services in certain jurisdictions.
5. High-Risk Business Models
Subscription services, marketplaces, digital asset services, high-refund products, cross-border e-commerce may require additional review. We reserve the right to determine acceptability.
6–10. Responsibilities, Monitoring, Enforcement
Merchants must ensure products are legal and marketing is truthful. We may monitor activity and take action including documentation requests, transaction restrictions, suspension, or termination.
